Nationwide Style Delivery 

Style knows no borders - and neither do we. We provide shipping across cities, towns, and even the more remote areas within India. 

Our active logistics reach Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns without any compromise in service. International shipping is not currently supported, but we are exploring opportunities for expansion.

Behind the Scenes: How Orders Are Prepped 

As soon as your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team springs into action. Processing is typically completed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Every piece is inspected thoroughly to ensure quality and neatly packed with close attention to fabric type, fit, and form. When your order is ready to leave our facility, you'll receive a dispatch email with all the necessary details. Our operations balance speed and precision, delivering your garments in the condition they deserve. 

Our goal is to ensure that what you saw on the website is exactly what arrives at your door. We double-check every item for quality, carefully wrapping them to preserve their style.

Estimated Delivery and Courier Support 

Our reliable logistics partners are chosen for their professionalism and commitment to care. Shipping times vary based on your pin code but generally fall within a 3 to 8 business day window. External events such as weather or regional issues may impact delivery schedules. 

Should any such delay occur, we make sure to inform you at the earliest. Clear communication and dependable timelines are the backbone of our delivery promise. 

Receiving Your Fashion Right 

A missed delivery attempt doesn’t mean you miss out entirely. Our couriers will try up to three times to deliver your order successfully. To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. 

Try to ensure someone is available to accept the package when it arrives. 
If your order is returned due to non-delivery, re-dispatch can be arranged - additional charges may apply. 

In Case of Delivery Issues 

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching, rare issues may occasionally arise during transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the matter quickly. 

Sending clear images of the issue helps us process your request effectively. 
Based on our review, we may offer either a full refund or a replacement item. Missing deliveries will be investigated in close coordination with our courier partners, and updates will be shared with you regularly.

These details will be clearly mentioned on relevant product pages to manage expectations. Whether it’s a silk blouse or a designer jacket, your items will be housed in boxes or wraps suited to their texture and build. 

We factor in every detail, from softness to structure, before sealing your order for dispatch.
